Yes - you can include optional inserts:

--pause A lined page for writing - reflections, notes, or messages.

--postcard A photo with space beneath it (lined or unlined) to add captions or thoughts.

--frame A designed space for physical photos like polaroids or film prints.

--keepsake If you share meaningful details, we can create small sticker-style elements (symbols, objects, motifs) and place them throughout your keepsake page.

--scrap A completely blank page - open for anything. It can be used for preserving meaningful items like tickets, receipts, or small paper details, with subtle layout guidance.

--map A minimal map outline - personalised or left simple - to anchor your memories in place.

We'll ask for your preferences with your order, you can leave notes or contact us directly.

Every book is printed on high-quality, responsibly sourced paper, using FSC/PEFC-certified or equivalent materials. The finish is designed to balance durability with a refined, elevated look - something you'll want to keep out, not stored away.

Your images are handled securely and used only to create your book.

We do not store or keep your photos - everything is permanently deleted after printing.

Once your design is approved, it should take no more than 7 days to arrive at your doorstep.

For the design, we aim to complete the process in 2-3 days. Timelines vary slightly depending on customisation, but we'll keep you updated throughout and move quickly once your design is approved.

Once you place your order, we'll reach out with a private, secure upload link for your photos.

You don't need to worry about choosing the perfect images - if you upload multiple versions of the same moment, we'll select the best ones for you.

We'll also ask a few quick questions to understand your preferences (tone, layout, style, etc.), then:

• we share options with you
